I have been with this storage company since they were owned by lakes storage. The first few weeks of the transition were a little bit difficult with changes of policies etc which was to be expected. The team were very good at walking me through the new payment methods etc and were very willing to take the time to answer all my questions. I find that the upgrades they have made to security and access to very beneficial and have not had any issues.

Theft as it is known in the rest of the world. Arrogant bunch and serious lack of professionalism have led me to write this review and this review will be on National Storage's own website. In future

Appalling customer service. Charged me a late fee- didn't tell me. So my next three payments (that I made on time) had late fees! That's illegal, businesses can't charge late fees on late fees. Their replies are unhelpful and rude. Be warned! Remember they have your belongings as security, do you want to risk them?
