Got few fishes cleaned and cut today. To my dismay, it was not cut properly nor cleaned despite waiting for 45mins. Tried to phone after I reached home to discover this but got no reply. Ended up cleaning them myself at home. Pathetic! Been a long time customer and certainly won't be going back nor recommend to anyone else. Best to go elsewhere.

Very rude man at the till. Asked for price per kilo and he says they can't tell, that it's company policy. Customer has all the right to ask on product price.

I'm sad to write this review, but the person in charge of the shop on Tuesday, 31/1/23, was not very nice. I arrived early to purchase fish before 8 am (the opening time) and stood outside waiting. The person in charge opened the shop at 8:30 am.When I eventually made a purchase, the person at the counter was grumpy and made a noise when I politely requested that the fish be cleaned. The person who cleaned the fish was nice enough and did this efficiently.I want to support a local business, but I would've gone elsewhere if I hadn't needed the fish this morning for a lesson.

SMILE & SAY HELLO WHEN YOU SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS. OK PRICES, BUT WATCH THE FLIES FLYING AROUND & THE WAIT TO CLEAN FISH PUTS ME OFF & IS TOO LONG ON SATURDAYS. IT CAN BE A 30 MIN WAIT. PLEASE GET MORE STAFF TO CLEAN FISH ON SATURDAYS YOUR BUSIEST DAY. OR WE WILL GO TO THE NEXT FISH SHOP A FEW DOORS DOWN.

They clean well and cut fish for you, not like some other places just pretending to clean. Nice friendly locals. Cheap and fresh too.
