I enquired about sign writing in April and got told Reagan would come up with some designs and quotes, I had to email again to get a response and it took 3 weeks I didn’t get any designs just rough price of $1500-$1800 based off another design I liked of theirs.I got some designs in May and requested a couple minor changes, I heard nothing so I sent 2 follow up emails and finally got a response after over 4 weeks with quotes of $3200+ or $4000+ which was very surprising to me because of the rough price they originally gave me. They replied and said they could do a cheaper design and I said yes please and it’s now been 3 months so I give up.Really bad customer service, they obviously don’t care… super disappointed.
