Went here today and there was an indian worker who was extremely rude to me and my friend’s other workers are nice but our experience was awful. I do not recommend coming here to be greeted by this person worst experience.

About as much use as a wet blanket.The staff were more than willing to help take my phone from me and send it for repair, but thats where the good service stopped.I had NO communication over the 3 weeks it was away, I left messages and got no reply to any of them. I ended up contacting the repair authority to get my own updates.Pointless

Very speedy service and the lady helping me buy my new phone was so helpful! On my receipt is says the name parampreet, but I'm not sure what her name was. But thank you ! You deserve a raise ! Always been a very happy 2degrees customer

Got an excellent service from the store.The lady named Komal Preet was really helpful and kind.Explained everything patiently,cleared every doubts and advised about the best plan for us.Dont know about the other employees but this lady is very much dedicated.That's why giving 5 stars.

Service people once seen good. But when in store and no one available no acknowledgement of waiting or how long, just stand there and feel stupid. Really poor interaction with waiting/paying customers

It is right on to ur left when u enter Westfield Riccarton mall. I front of it was Spark. Customer service was good. I unfortunately can't remember the Indian lady who served me on my visit there. But she tried her best to help me with and took time to attend me in full. It was 17/12/2022 around 5.45pm. Store was well presented and lightened up.

Really terrible. 2 staff members sitting around chatting, a third finished helping her customer and then came over to 'help' me... but all she did was tell me to call customer care repeatedly because seemingly she didn't have the care or interest in helping me.Is this just a place where they sell phones or do they actually want to help their customers?.. stuck with repeated txts telling me I have run out of data and just paid a $200 phone bill, at least until I can find time to call customer care because obviously going in store was a waste of energy and my time.
