I found the staff at HOT - The Crossing great to deal with. Hayley M did a wonderful job organising my flights (Tauranga to London return) and booking my Trafalgar tour of Ireland. Nothing was too much trouble; even sudden changes in return flight dates. Everything went smoothly but I knew HOT were only a phone call away should anything go awry. Thank you HOT.

House of Travel organized and booked a great European holiday based on what we wanted to achieve and see. Haley, with her personal experience advised us well and as a result we returned to New Zealand 32 days later having had a wonderful experience across many countries, cities, towns, villages and rivers.

If you need a hand booking a seamless, end to end, easy, worry free trip - come and see the team at House of Travel at the Crossing in Tauranga. Hayley helped us with ours, we are a very complicated bunch, and she did an outstanding job. Just make sure your communication is clear - so they can get it as close to perfect as they possibly can! Definitely our choice for arranging trips all over the world. We loved the flights, the hotels, the locations - everything was just what we wanted.

Our decision to enlist Hailey Mundy at the Crossing in Tauranga to book our 5 week holiday in Europe (including a 21 day cruise in the Mediterranean on 'Enchanted Princess) totally paid off. Her experience and knowledge-base ensured that everything ran completely smoothly and allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday, safe in the knowledge that if something was to go wrong we had the backing of HOT.

Our trip to Vietnam was amazing, House of Travel did an amazing job of organizing it, everything went off with out any issues. Our accommodation was lovely and awesome locations in every city. We used Wide eyed tours who where amazing we could not fault them at all, they went out of their way to please us and to give us the best tours they possibly could, we would truly recommend them if you are traveling to Vietnam and would like to see the country. On all tours we had our own personal guide, was great. We would give our trip 5 out of 5.

Hi Hayley,Thanks for all your help and organazation in our trip to Australia.Everything went like clockwork with no problems.Our trip was amazing and the places we stayed great and I must say different when staying in the outbacks of Australia.So once again thanks house of travel and especially Hayley for all her great service.
