Cambel and the team went well above and beyond to facilitate the transfer of my UK Private Pension to a NZ based QROPS scheme. My Pension Provider in the UK made it so difficult to transfer the funds with a combination of dysfunctional communications due to Covid-19, and my suspicion that they simply wanted to hold on to my funds for as long as they possibly could, but CharterSquare had my back and were working hard on my behalf throughout the process. Also interesting to note how many reviewers had the same obstacles and hurdles put in their way by the UK Pension providers. Mine was Aviva, and I would never ever deal with them again, and if I was still living in the UK, I would have gone public on the complete shambles and lack of responsibility that their officers took over their repeated misinformation, incompetence and errors in dealing with what should have been a simple process.

Cambel at Charter Square was extremely helpful and professional throughout, guiding me through the process and fully explaining each step on the way. The UK provider was far less helpful and without Cambel's hard work I would have given up - fortunately Cambel was there to fight on my behalf and my money has now been transferred. Cambel did an absolutely fantastic job. He was like a terrier who wouldn't let go. The resistance, hurdles and what seemed like deliberate reluctance from the provider we were transferring from (iPenions) was humongous.
