It's not home-made pasta, but it was very tasty, such a shame about the terrible service.Waitress walked past our empty plates multiple times, they forgot we asked for a dessert menu and never come back to ask for our order so we paid and left. We would have stayed and order more food and drink of their service was a bit more attentive.

One of the best Italian restaurants in Wellington I go to since they were on Cuba Street. Their seafood linguine is my favourite and the pizza is top-notch; amazing doe with fresh ingredients. Took my partner and friends, and they all enjoyed their meal. Great customer service as well.

Jonny and his staff made my family and I feel so welcome. Offered us some bread and my baby daughter some ice cream! Food was amazing! Authentic Italian - Took us back to Florence.

Unfortunately we were underwhelmed. Seafood Linguini sauce was runny and not enough seafood. Definitely didn’t look like other photos posted here. Calamari was the highlight, melted in my mouth. Everything else was nice, but not amazing.

Service was amazing, as was the atmosphere. However the food here is simply off the charts divine. We had a group booking and all ordered different dishes, and each dish shone. We were one happy group.Highly recommended the garlic bread pizza (I mean it is next level!!) As well as the Bruschetta Italiana for starters. The dessert we had was the Chocolate Moose and Ice Cream which was delicious.Highly recommended going to Cin Cin, be it a family get together, work function, or date night.

We had a family dinner for 6pax. We enjoyed the sharing plate of Calamari, the Pepperoni pizza, stuff spinach pasta shells, panfried snapper and the delicious tiramisu. Service was okay, but the cashier was not pleasant. She had a very bossy rude attitude. We presented a printed Restaurant Association online gift voucher at the counter but was told in an abrupt manner that they did not accept gift vouchers, only gift cards were accepted. The cashier said she had to obey the manager’s instructions not to accept vouchers or risk losing her job. We asked to speak to the manager but the cashier brushed us off saying he was too busy. Later we complained to RA and was told that Cin Cin should have accepted the voucher, and will be reminded to accept that next time. This episode marred an otherwise pleasant evening. The place is tightly packed and can be noisy with customers talking close by.

Was the pasta dish delicious? Yes.Was the restaurant a comfortably designed, intimate environment? Yes.Were the waitresses nice and friendly? Yes.Was the Italian music being played authentic and made a great atmosphere? Yes.Was the chef drinking red wine at 10 minute intervals with his young (maybe/hopefully) girlfriend at the table she was sat at, between each order? YesWas he making weird faces at her from across the service line (open kitchen) which all patrons were talking about? YesDid he roll up his sleeve to show off his sparrow kneecap biceps to said woman, whilst he thought he was out of sight? YesWas the potwasher following him around picking up the empty boxes of prepared food he left around the kitchen, one of which was left on the gas burners? YesDid he strut around (as much as you can at 56') making comments to his waitresses that caused eye rolling reactions and nervous glances? Yes.Did he send our meals to the wrong table whilst doing all of this? Yes.Was the shellfish uncleaned and crunchy? Yes.So it's a massive Yes from me.To the waitresses at Cin Cin. Hospo is in need of people and it needs great staff and you are great. You can work with better people."

Great location, nice atmosphere and superb pasta dish. Hostess was very bossy, flustered and unpleasant-telling me to be on time and clearing/resetting my table when I went to the loo before I had a chance to order dessert. Its a shame because other than her it was totally an awesome experience. Maybe front of house is not her skill set.

The pizza is impeccable. Fresh toppings and good amount of then on the delicious doe. The pasta was really well cooking, not al dente but not over cooked either, just the right way for my taste. The Seafood linguine was nice as well, the sauce was very tasty, for some might be considered a little too liquid, however I didn’t mind it and really enjoyed it as is. I wish I had a bit of bread to do “la scarpetta” with the left over sauce in my plate, I end up using the spoon and it was a good final touch to my meal.

One of the best meals we have enjoyed in a long time. The staff was so friendly especially the owner. The entree of mussels and arancini balls was exquisite with the mussels tasting so fresh in the red wine sauce and the arancin having a crunchy crust with a very delicate and soft mixture inside. The main of carnivore pizza and seafood pizza came out hot delicious. To top it all off with the tiramisu and home made lemoncello was the perfect way to end the night.I would highly recommend that you give Cin Cin a try and I hope that they open up a restaurant in Auckland one day
