The manager that goes between botany and Sylvia park store is very helpful and resolved my issue for me which saved me another trip back to the botany store. Especially during busy holiday season, really appreciate the effort

Ordered click and collect item and the website showed stock in Sylvia Park. When i went to pick it up, the product box was badly dented. I brought this to the notice of the staff member Samantha who could not care less. When i said This was a Christmas gift for someone she said that was the only piece. I was completely put off by her dont care attitude. She later offered 10% discount, when asked if anything better can be done, she said she could but would not because i was rude!! Thats such bad customer service. I would expect that a good sales person would notice the dent, be apologetic for it since it was meant as a gift and offer any best resolution. But instead i ended up being told that i am rude!!!

I had never traded a Switch game in before, but Victor at SP made the process quick, painless, and we had a nice little chat too. Got some new joy-cons and I'm happy as. Thanks for the great service!

Was in store today and served by Victor. Amazing service and incredible staff member. Both my son and I walked out feeling happy and privileged to have been served by Victor. Both mentioned how great Victor was. Made our day. Thank you Victor.

Never has someone convinced me on making a purchase let alone on adopting a creature. Margo when up and beyond and made me laugh and enjoy my time at the store. Give her a raise!!!!! She is just a poor college student :(

Me and my partner went in to look for a PS5. We were helped amazingly by Walker. Thank you for being super knowledgeable and not pushy. Great experience and would recommend!

What’s the point of reducing the price for a game when none of your stores have that game available except Gisborne and couldn’t even get the delivery done as your website says we can’t deliver to your home address as I lived in central Auckland

Not a fan of this EB Games and what has happened I remember the times when EB was about gaming not trying to be collectable shop and the Manager is so stuck up and is reason, I like shopping online.
