Very polite and helpful right from the first phone call. Super efficient, Chris called me when he was on site to discuss what I was after (I was not home). Replaced and fitted new toilet all in the same day from call out at 9am all done by 2pm. Very clean and tidy job too. Recommended Tilyard Plumbing.

The brilliant customer service started from the first phone call to Tilyard Plumbing. I could not believe how easy it was to get a plumber onto the job on a day and time that was convenient to me. Nic gave me the opportunity to explain what I was requiring. I was so impressed with the advice given to me by plumber Chris on the main job (temporary removal of toilet to get floor laminated done) that I rang Nic to add other jobs as well. In the meantime I had to get someone to look at plasterboard and was worried that there would be delays in getting toilet put back. Once again no problems with Tilyard Plumbing - I was told to call back when I was ready and once again could not believe how easy it was to get Chris back - on the same day after gib team left. Such customer service and professionalism needs to be acknowledged. Chris turned up promptly and completed all jobs. This business models family values of looking out for customers. Will certainly use Tilyard Plumbing as I am sure with a house over 50 years old, there will be more leaks and dated faucet!! Thank you Team Tilyard.
