Vegetarian and GF options. Good service. They served a lunch party of 8 all their meals within a short space of time, which should be standard but is unfortunately rare these days.

Great place for coffee and food.Beautiful outdoor area in the yard.Be aware that cafes in New Zealand close early.....in Germany is the optimal time for coffee and cake between 2.30 to 4.30 pm, here you will have to be ready by 2 pm....

Nice local place for a coffee and a snack. I had eggs on toast and it was pretty good. My long black was great.

We were hoping for more dogs in the courtyard to keep mum happy! But that's not Hive's problem... Good food, good fun.

Lovely atmosphere, with indoor and outdoor tables. Dog friendly courtyard. Very good food - done well & good portion size. Friendly and efficient service.

Really great job. The food was lovely, I had the brioche bun chicken burger, it was delicious. Others were delighted with their salmon eggs Benedict on potato rosti. The coffee was very good, they took the time to make me a special Cortado (wish it was on the menu, hint hint). Lovely staff doing great.

Cafe decor is lovely but spoilt by every table (inside and out) having dirty dishes on them….not a great dining experience having to clear table before you can sit down. Very small toasted sandwich is overpriced and not worth $12.

Great coffee, menu is more basic but tasty options & the cabinet food looked great. Service was a bit slow but would visit again. Lacking in other drink options though like smoothies and fresh juices.
