Phoenix Flour Mill Waterwheel
Nice relaxing time in the middle of a flowing water stream. Parking is on street. You can just watch there and two benches are there, so u can sit back and relax.

This recently resurrected flour mill wheel was quite impressive and large. It was used to grind wheat for flour and was called white spray and was said to be of good quality.
