Sea Shuttle Bay of Islands

Wonderful boat trip around the islands!Thank you to Caity and Adam, who took care of us and gave us a wonderful time. We were actually running late because of our cruise ship, nearly an hour past the scheduled time, but they were so patient and understanding that they waited for us. Forever grateful and appreciative! When we arrived, it was smooth sailing from then on, except for the boat ride, it was bumpy and rough and we really really enjoyed that, as it added to the excitement and fun. The whole experience was unforgettable, I'm so glad they took the time to walk us through everything. The paddle boarding was difficult to learn but definitely something to keep practicing, thank you for the introductory lesson and support. Couldn't have done it without you. The snorkeling was also a first, and very enjoyable. We saw fishes and sea urchins. And Adam found a small octopus in a shell to show us. It was all amazing and we had a really good time. We're glad we took this trip, we definitely recommend it.

Adam is a really chill guy and his tour is delightfully minimalist. It's more like a loosely guided excursion. There's a couple short tour" stops along the route but mostly it's a take what you want sort of affair. Adam and his crew are unpretentious

We had an awesome time on our trip despite the rainy weather! Lin was super friendly and knowledgeable. We did a couple of nice walks and managed to do some snorkelling to. Highly recommend!

This Was an epic trip for me and my girlfriend we honestly couldn’t have picked something better to do. The 5 hour tour was the perfect amount of time to relax at the islands and go snorkelling and try paddle boarding. Crew we’re amazing and knowledgeable of the wildlife and just friendly to talk to. Highly recommend!

I booked the water taxi via phone whoever took my payment ensured that can be fully refund if we decide not to go ahead. It turns out was a lie, we can't go for the trip because of the flood issue. Another lady took my call saying that she can at least get the credit back to me. Again, nothing has be done, I have been waiting for a month now.

Did the small group arvo cruise of Bay of Islands. Was brilliant & could not fault it. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute.

This tour took us half day to Roberton Island and a second one, where we could go snorkeling. The tour itself was fine, but unfortunately you do realize all along the way it is organized in a way to maximize profit. (See below) Crew and skipper are super nice though.Firstly they charge any body on the boat, even our 2 year old and toddler. Secondly they will tell you they will stop for marine life if present, but I find it hard to do so, when they just boast down the coast to the designated spot. So don’t expect anything. The groups are quite big with about 20 people and I feel as if the stops are way too short for a family. That goes as well when you expect some decent time on the beach for relaxing.Some years ago we took a sailboat trip with a similar schedule and a group of 5. Way more relaxed and the skipper took actually his time finding some marine life for us.

Had an amazing day in the bay!Perfect boat tour because it's a smaller group, that makes it more personalized and you get to know the people on your tour.We did some hiking to a beautiful look-out point and we also tried some paddle boarding. Adam went snorkeling and got us some fresh seafood which was really cool. He also told us about some history of the bay of Islands.Just a perfect start of my summer here in Paihia and I deeply recommend this trip!
