We recently stayed at Queenstown Lakefront Dream. Luxurious house with the most amazing views of the lake and mountains. Sheer luxury. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It felt like home from day 1. Brilliant location for walking into Queenstown or Frankton. This was our first time in beautiful Queenstown. We stayed at Picturesque views at Woodlands Close for 7 nights.The accommodation was immaculate and very well equipped. The views were absolutely beautiful. We dealt with Emily Quinn most of the times. she was very helpful and prompt . The communication was great, check-in was easy- we had no issues what so ever. Staff of Relaxaway helped us out and went extra mile for us during our flight cancellation on a public holiday. We highly recommend Relaxaway and will stay at these accommodations for future holiday stays.

Stayed at Catalinas apartment No 1 it was just superb, the view and apartment is stunning , all bedrooms had a view over the lake and fab en-suite, able to walk to all amenties , would stay again in a hearbeat

Fantastic holiday stay with the extended family. Cosy and warm in all weather and plenty of spaces to come together and enjoy each others company or relax in our own space. Very clean and tidy, with great furniture and decor to just feel right at home. We loved our stay and totally recommend this house for any extended family group.

We stayed at Central hideaway on Kent in Queenstown, and loved it. The apartment was exactly as shown on the listing. It was spacious, comfortable, meticulously clean, and most importantly, warm and cosy for a NZ winter. We had a problem with the gas fireplace, and Relaxaway were extremely responsive. Someone attended the property literally within minutes of me sending the email. There is a heat pump heater as well as the gas fire, so we were still very comfortable throughout our stay. I would note that it is a steep walk back from town, so I wouldn’t say it’s walkable unless you’re quite fit. We would definitely stay here if we visit Queenstown again.

Fantastic Queenstown experience...even with the weather. Had some nice snow rain on the first day followed by 2 days of rain. Apartment unit was perfect for relaxing out of the weather. Comfortable and tidy. Incredible views of the lake and mountains when the clouds cleared. The private spa pool was awesome and well sheltered from the rain so got plenty of use. Al in all a fantastic weekend.

Had a great holiday in Queenstown. The accommodation was excellent, the communication and support from Relaxaway was very good, it was all very easy, so all our focus was on just relaxing and enjoying our holiday.
