Awesome massage, great holistic discussion about nutrition and exercise and how to promote healing, great yarns during the massage, then after when sitting up I forgot I was wearing a towel and nearly flashed him, thankfully he was a pro and managed to prevent that from happening! I'll be back because my aches were immediately alleviated and the next day I was feeling even better!!

An amazing massage from Astarte. This is a feel great place. I had alot of pain when I arrived and It was all gone by the time I left. Wonderful feeling.

Went for weekly (sport)massages with David during the three months I spent at Palmerston North. The treatments were great and I am sure it helped me to maintain a high volume of training. Besides, it was just nice to visit David weekly, he is fun and always in for a good chat.

I had a massage with David because of increasing terrible back pain on my long drive to Christchurch. David worked his magic - knew exactly what muscles to release and as a result I became pain free and had a very comfortable drive. If I lived closer I would definitely visit again. I highly recommend to anyone.

I can't recommend them enough! I've only worked with Astarte, but she is an absolutely beautiful soul and I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks! After 6 months+ of back issues that no doctor could fix, one visit with Astarte had me feeling incredible, inside and out. Absolutely amazing.

Astarte is passionate about assisting you with health and well being tips and information. I am 6ft 5 inch and 105kg and that was not a problem deep tissue wise for Astarte, I am booked in for my next session which will be every two weeks now!
