We purchased a carbon media tank, whole of house filtration system from Sue Kelly Water Systems Ltd in Ferrymead. Sue referred us to 3 plumber's of which one of them was Paul, Halftub Plumbers Ltd.From the outset, Paul was friendly, polite and professional. He turned up on time and came well prepared with his PPE. Throughout the installation, safety was a priority.Paul quickly gained a good sense and handle on our installation requirements. Using his expertise, knowledge and experience, he came up with an intended plan approach and stepped us through this in an easy to understand and simple manner. He ensured that any questions or concerns that we had, were addressed. I really appreciated that he didn't just dismiss some of my questions (even when I look back now and think why the hell did I ask that stupid question lol).Paul encouraged us to pop in and check on his work - if and when we wanted to. He worked in a tidy manner at all times.We have had a number of different plumber's over the years and I can honestly say that Paul is one of the best plumber's that we have come across in Christchurch.
