Island View Holiday Park
One of the best camping I've been in NZ. Clean facilities, friendly staff and a lot of things to do inside (volley-ball, swimming pool, tennis, pool and trampoline)I highly recommend it.

Awesome spot! Great facilities with friendly staff. Can see constant work and improvements happening. Was our second trip and already want to book our next one. Pet friendly for those with dogs. Good little cafe with necessities and treats with ice for the beers. 100% must stop at spot.

Fantastic holiday park with excellent amenities. Situated right on the beach and has a pool and tennis court with free equipment. We were allowed to have the dog there which is great.

The best kept secret! We love Island View. The campground is so well thought out, the facilities are great, you can definitely feel like you're in Bali! There's plenty of activities and it's not too far from Whakatane for a day trip. The staff are helpful and the cafe has great coffee and icecream for those hot days. Oh and the beach is stunning!

So glad to be able to get a cabin here at the last minute after we made a detour due to weather. What a find! Such cool decour and cabins were perfectly clean with everything we needed. Best camp ground been to. Not to big, great pool and perfect beach view and access. Staff were very welcoming and bonus cafe with delicious gelatos. We will be back for a longer stay. Laundry, kitchen and bbq area modern and clean.

Stayed At Island View Holiday Park for 7 days. What a fantastic place to stay.Good size camp sites, beautifully cleaned bathroom facilities and the laundry is absolutely stunning.Would throughly recommend this gem.

Island View Holiday Park
Caravan camping with dog.8 day stay. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Facilities very clean and well maintained. Camp area in excellent condition. We have camped all over New Zealand and this is the best camp we have ever experienced.

Island View Holiday Park
This is a good campsite. Rustic, welcoming, and nice facilities.The pool is small but covered with a sail and great for kids, and they have a games room for when the weather is not so great. Beach is a bit rough with lots of driftwood, but don't let that put you off. Only negative for me was that I wished they had more things in their shop. Other than that, we had a great holiday there, despite the weather!
