No problems with standard servicing, but outside of that have had variable experience. For instance, broken body kit clips went in the too hard basket and told me they couldn't do injector inspection/clean.

I am a repeat customer at Christchurch Mitsubishi. I purchased my second Outlander and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. I found Keith to be very helpful, professional and easy to deal with and emailed me the next day to follow up. Sales department is great, car is great. Car service... Now I'd rather go to a nameless garage somewhere in Phillipstown and get it done better. I expected more as from the official dealer service.UPD: After the call and your response here, downgrading it to 1 start. On the call you suggested nothing to deal with the situation. All I heared, is that you value your reputation and... that's all. Besides, you twisted my story up side down. I got my wheels ruined in less than 2 mothns after your service with papers proving that, not 4 as you're trying to present it. I have report from other specialist saying We beleive the premature rear tyre wear was caused by a wheel alignment out of spec..." which I believe to be true. None of you even bothered to have a look in there. Never again."

Went in to get some parts for my Evo.The people in the lobby are stuck up and didn't want to help at all.The parts guy is awesome, I feel sorry for him though, locked in a back room with no windows. Its a new building, you could have given the poor guy a window in the design plans.Edit: Had my Evo three years and now its worth more than 80% of the new cars on the lot....
