As a family we have been with this doctors for years, but I'm sad to say we have spent more time at Westgate Medical that here in recent months, who's service has been exceptional.We will be moving there's we can no longer get appointments at TDH. I have been asked to call at 8am for an appointment as they can't be booked in advance. For non urgent appointments, but when I call at 8am, after being placed in hold, I'm then told that there are no appointments for that day.

I must say I am very surprised to see such a negative review about this practice. I am a patient there and I take my hat off to all the staff , from the receptionists to the nurses and finally the Doctors. They have to deal with sick, grumpy patients every day and they still manage to do that with a friendly smile that starts off when you arrive right through until you leave. I guess you cant please everybody. Keep up the excellent service!!!

I miss Angela and Ross, I have been going here for a very long time, this is a prime example where the value of the dollar is worth more than the personal care. Its a real shame and unfortunately this is not unique to Huapai. Life used to be so easy and way more compassionate.

I phoned up to make an appointment and the receptionist was very rude, rushed me off the phone and told me to call back next week. I have also been here previously and the Dr just googled my symptoms.I'm very disappointed.

A wonderful experience recently with my own appointment and following one for my children. Staff are very calm, listen well and take their time to provide good service. I honestly cannot fault them. I know they had issues in the past but who hasn't in the last 2-3 years anyway. I was left very very impressed with the Huapai Doctors.

Saff are good but unfortunately it's just a big business owned by a faceless group more concerned with $$$ than health - almost impossible to get timely appointments, can never get hold of nurses, stuff up test results

Appalling customer services. Got a text message from the clinic saying the prescription is ready to be picked up from the reception. The website indicated they would open until 7pm, popped in after work around 5.05pm, the lady at the reception saying the doctors were gone, I said but you texted me to pick up this prescription and your website saying 7pm. She was not interested and kept saying 'I am just here to close the door.' Quite a passive aggressive attitude. Now I understand why this clinic has low overall review scores. Clearly customer services is not their focus particularly considering the fee they are charging.

Popped into this clinic today with my sick 2 year old daughter, our normal doctors turned us away as they had no appts & we were facing a 4-6 hour wait at a&e, as a mum almost in tears as my daughter was so unwell I tried my luck walking into this clinic, a lovely male doctor took us straight through and was just so lovely & took such wonderful care of us! Thank you so much for your amazing service & kindness we would have been lost without you today.

Most of the receptionists here especially SANDRA are the most rudest people I‘ve spoke with. Every single time I talk to them on the phone is absolutely horrible. They make you feel like such hassle. Honestly this practice needs new receptionist and needs to get rid of Sandra. She’s making the practice look so bad. May sound harsh but I’ve been with these doctors for awhile and I’m fed up with the way I get treated and spoken to !!!! No surprise this isn’t the first bad review about the receptionists.

I went to Doctors Huapai, for the first time. Around 2 weeks ago! The staff were great and my new doctor is down to earth. I was paying $64.00 a time, plus travel, at my old doctors, now it's only $46.00. It's just around the corner, next to my chemist. It's wonderful.
