The Cass Valley 4WD tour to Waterfall Hut, through part of the 19200ha Glenmore Station was superb!Difficult to put into words how magnificent & unique the experience was.A Landscape photographers’s heaven!The Driver / Guide Paul was friendly & knowledgeable.Tour was scheduled for 3 hours but expanded to nearly 4 hours!Although the weather on the day was dull with weak sun, it did not detract from the experience. If anything the soft light added another dimension and made for good photography.Well worth a detour/visit to Lake Tekapo to go on the Tour.Given our experience would totally recommend.

I went to both Braemar Station Backcountry and Cass Valley Backcountry tours. Professional and friendly staff with incredible knowledge in those areas. The 4WD Tours allowed you to enter some rare and private farm lands with stunning views! It is highly recommended to take the tour if you are visiting Lake Tekapo.

We looked for a pinnacle outdoor pursuit for Sachi and I to experience the McKenzie Basin.We won out by meeting Tekapo Adventures-Christina and Ben,consummately neat people,experiences gained in Canada now invested into our incredibly beautiful New Zealand.Today Christina took us on the Glenmore Station 3 hour escapade and it was spirit enlivening.To both of them-Christina (and Ben looking after their little one at home so not with us),Sachi and I are indebted.From our hearts,thank you.

We had a fantastic 4WD trip on our holiday through tekapo. Ben was very knowledgeable about the local area, the geological history of how the various mountains were formed, local birds and wildlife. We saw some absolutely incredible sights of the surrounding area that we wouldn't have ordinarily been able to see (the tour takes you onto private farmland that you can't access by yourself). Absolutely stunning scenery and it was great to have a local to point out the various peaks and explain what things were. We had a fab tea and chocolate stop halfway through which was much appreciated. Thanks so much for a great experience - would definitely recommend!

Having the opportunity to see a working station, the rare black stilts, awesome vistas, and to traverse the Cass Valley was a highlight of our time in the Mackenzie basin. Your knowledge and friendly demeanor made it a very informative trip. Loved talking travel destinations with you also. Highly recommend this tour!!

Love this company! Had a half day tour with Chris from Tekapo to Mount Cook. He was personable, knowledgeable and fun to be with! Cristina helped arrange our tour around the weather and was very accommodating. Thanks to all!

Ben was awesome, he took us right up into the gut of Mckenzie country in one of his 4WD Land driver so I felt safe. We had views of MT Cook, Mt Tasman Lake Pukaki and the Ben Ohau mountain range. A lovely lunch and a hot cuppa coffee brewed up beside of the river. Seeing the marino sheep in their natural habitat high up on the ranges. Remote huts, it was a mighty tour.
