Keeping all the details in one place with everyone having quick and easy access via an app has been invaluable. Invoicing time has dropped significantly with the use of supplier integrations. Support is always quick and friendly

I have used Fergus over the last 10 years and seen it evolved and improved over this time. Ive used it in building, electrical, property wash, and other industries where I have specialised in office management & start-up systems to get teams connected with office staff and this app covers everything from being able to see where team members are to send them to priority jobs, timesheets, quotes, invoices, photos, docs & health & safety. Fergus has it all! Only comment is that I would prefer if the middle plan/option would allow pictures as this would really price it competitively in the market. 5 Stars from me.

Super happy with Fergus. We are a Heat Pump installer based in Albany so having all our jobs itemised/scheduled in the one place makes us more efficient, and being able to integrate with Xero and the support received as a new customer has been excellent, with lots of helpful emails with video training coming by email over the initial few weeks and webinars/tech support & half hour catchups with the Customer Success Team via Zoom when needed being so available has been a great help. Highly recommended for a service company to use.

As a job management system, Fergus pretty much ticks all the boxes for us - quoting, job scheduling, invoicing and reporting are easy to navigate, efficient and really well backed up with system training and support thanks to Marina and the Team.
