Gerrand Floorings

Had flooring laid by this company. On moving into our brand new house found that what ever moved in the floor left scratch marks including children's toys and vacuum cleaner. Husband went to see them about this problem and they were rude and unhelpful and not willing to support in anyway. Not a professional company to work with we strongly revoked that people DO NOT use this company

From When I first walked in the door, I was greeeted with a smile and made to feel very welcome.The job was completed within a very prompt timeframe and I was wrapped with how my carpet matched the vibe of the room, and the was presented beautifully.10/10 Recommend

Gerrands supplied and layed vinyl in one bathroom and an ensuite in our house about 4 years ago. When the bathroom vinyl lifted because of litres of water accumulating underneath, we discovered that the Gerrand employee had cut around the vinyl where the tiles meet the vinyl to repair a mistake (he had done this in one of the ensuites too). Water was leaking in under the vinyl. The manager came and checked it out. He was rude and argued that there was some other cause for the leakage, in spite of the evidence. Gerrands reluctantly replaced the section of vinyl, but refused to do more because they considered they. We had to re-tile the lower line of times but were unable to match the colour. You can see this in the attached photo. We paid full price for a substandard job that ultimately meant that the bathroom looks pretty bad in spite of the cost. Thanks to Gerrands. Probably OK to deal with if you don't have any issues later.

I don't normally write reviews but I was disappointed that the installers laid our new carpet out on our newly laid asphalt driveway, before installing it in the house. If we had known that they were going to do this we would have stopped it immediately. I have just spent the weekend vacuuming small tar covered sand / gravel out of the carpet. Gerrands also installed timber flooring for us. We knew that there would be some knots in the timber, but we didn't expect so many. The process from start to finish was not so satisfying. Apart from this, Robyn showed she cared and gave us good service.

Excellent and a professional experience from Les at Gerrands competitively priced too and Nelson did an amazing job with our vinyl planking floor. Would certainly recommend and look forward to working with Gerrands for our next project.Thank you

We had our carpet laid, by Scotty and Cody on15th feb, fabulous job guys, very professional and fast, helped us move our heavy furniture back in the house afterwards, they made it look easy. You two are a great team, would highly recommend them. Cheers Diana and Grant

Don't normally post reviews but must give credit for the super service provided at Gerard Flooring. I mailed a requests for a quote and got a reply back within hours. It was fully set out and reasonable so accepted the price. Karen was very friendly and helpful and she even managed to organised the completion of the project that afternoon. Can't get better than that ! Scotty and Joel who laid the carpet did an outstanding job and they were neat ,tidy and professional. Happy all round ,top service sharp job done and would highly recommend .
