Had 2 garage doors installed on our new home. One panel was damaged. Have waited 9 months for a replacement panel. Still waiting. Have a double door that drops water in a concentrated spot and looks like a waterfall when you open it. Have sent photos and have emailed Dominator through our builder. Have not even had a phone call let alone a site visit to inspect the door to see if it has been installed correctly. Very disappointing service.

It took them 6 months to finish the job so we had no locks on our sectional doors all this time. Grant, the owner kept saying that he would finish the job but never did. In the end we contacted one of the owners of BND Doors and it still took another 2 months before they finally put the locks in. And after all this time they still didn't adjust the doors as we had asked.

Poor communication. Did not call back when they said they would, did not turn up on the day they confirmed or call us to let us know they were not coming. Would not recommend if you are looking for a company who cares about customer service.

These guys have to be the worst managed company in WHANGAREI. Despite trying time after time to get a quote to repair an older model opener of their equipment that has failed, I am still waiting with a non operational door. They have even been to site, yet still nothing. Six months and counting… don’t get your hopes up!

Very unhelpful and arrogant response to breakdown of their inferior product we have had nothing but trouble and sadly after 9 years need to replace door ,opener with a better product . Severe corrosion noted after 3 yrs several call outs and received very snarky response Avoid avoid avoid
