Orderd an Aircon unit. wrong product was sent. returned immediatly and replacement has still not arrived after a month. No abilty to contact by phone and will not even supply an invoice

I have now dealt with Turfreys three times and purchased 2 Weber BBQs. I found the woman I spoke to on the phone extremely friendly and very helpful. I also could not believe how quickly my purchases arrived. I would most definitely deal with them again (don't need any more bbq though!)

Popped into Turfrey Hastings to view the range of Webber BBQ's they hold in stock. I was looking for the electric Webber Pulse 2000 & they had stock. Salesman was very helpful, had gr8 product knowledge and was able to deliver to me on the same day. Purchased the BBQ, matching stand and a cover & left the store a very happy man. 4 hours later my new Webber BBQ was delivered. Simply awesome Turfrey Hastings

Excellent service from Dave and a great showroom. I was looking for a Weber BBQ. They had exactly what I wanted and all the accessories are there too. Dave filled in the 5 year guarantee, threw in a cover & extra drip trays, helped me load into my vehicle. I love good service. Thanks.

I purchased a Weber BBQ on Monday and was amazed how easy Turfery,s did the purchase on line, that was Monday, with the conformation of thee purchase within the hour via email.Today is Wednesday and the BBQ arrived via NZ Couriers at 5 pm tonight - PERFECT !! They delivered a Vitality 3 person Sauna damaged, July 2021, they said they couldn't replace 1 panel (front panel) It was factory damage that didn't prevent the sauna working but it is damaged and bought NEW. They offered me $150 as compensation, August 2021, but have failed to pay me. I wouldn't buy anything from the Hastings Retail Store ever again
