Staff were not helpful and were rude when asked about a problem with the finished product, was told they would call back but they never did. I understand it's a big company and it's probably busy but was blown away by how little they cared and when we went to the competition next door everything was done faster and a lot more efficiently and obviously friendlier. Will not be coming back and have told other business owner associates and friends to avoid this company as well. Really disappointed.

Got my Nans funeral booklet printed here. Dave is a top bloke who actually cared, he made sure every detail was covered. Truly appreciate what was created, the whole family made sure they kept theirs safe.
