I ordered flowers to be sent to my mother . The flowers were totally different very poorly arranged. When I emailed about them they were very rude .asked if they had been takn out of the box even though the photo I sent to them they were still in the box said they don't arrange them like that ! Completely different to what ordered .they did send another lot of flowers 2 days later but still nothing close to what I ordered. Wish I went through the reviews before hand complete waste of money. Would not recommend

Garden city florists were great to purchase from. I had a arranged for a delivery however there had been a mix up with the courier. Garden city florists were really responsive arranged for a another delivery the next day, free of charge. The flowers delivered were absolutely stunning and I would definitely purchase some again for the great customer service. Thanks again :)

Ordered some flowers for mother's day, excellent quality.

Ordered flowers this morning and they were delivered same day promptly to my mother. Wonderful bouquet of flowers, mum adored them and I wouldn't hesitate to pop back and order online again. Good value for money and great follow up service. I got a text when they were delivered which no other florist has ever bothered. Top notch service!! Thanks GC Florist

I warn online customers to read this Florist’s disclaimer online clause & fine prints carefully before order, especially during NZ lockdown. They used their disclaimer clause liberally to protect and benefit their own business. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. The flowers and products that I ordered was delivered incomplete and are completely different. I emailed twice on missing delivery. The store is not even aware of the missing item neither send an apology after I notified them. The substitute is appallingly different again. All products amendment were done at their discretionary power without informing me. In summary, the customer care, delivery service and communication is very poor during NZ lock downs. My order was confirmed on 21/8. Cancellation requested on 22/8 but declined. Partial delivery was on 1/9. Missing item was delivered 2 days later. It took 11 days to deliver my order. The store does not provide delivery tracking link. I have to keep following up by emails on my order. No option was given to cancel my order. I like to see this online business to temporarily close like many other courteous NZ florists who chose to close during lockdown. If you can’t provide a good customer service during lock down, don’t mislead your customers and put the blame on stock availability.

The girl is the most amazing human being! I was panicking rushing into to the shop since I needed flower for a friend’s wedding tomorrow morning. 4pm on Saturday!The girl did everything she would to help me out ! She even called up 3 other shops to ask if they have flowers to help!In the end she help me to put up this amazing flower! I cannot thank her enough!!!

I ordered flowers online for my mum in hospital.I even spoke to Kerri and she had received the online order for delivery to the hospital.Even though I had ordered before 11am Sunday for same day delivery, but she said it would be Monday (so not even following her own T&C’s) and then rang my mum in hospital (they were a surprise) to say that they don’t deliver to the Chch hospital. I had already explain that they lived rurally so flowers can’t normally be delivered.Anyways then she said they would be delivered to Mum’s rural property on Wednesday and then It was supposed to be delivered on Friday. It’s now Friday evening, no flowers have arrived, a refund have been refused and I’m so upset!This service is not good enough! Don’t false advertise if you don’t deliver! I want my $110 back! Such a rip-off!!All the way through the customer service has been awful.
