Estimate for landscaping 87% understated. Even though estimates are required to be within 20%. Recomend anyone gets firm quotes before they start work and double check their charging. Not happy felt ripped off. Would not recommend this co think they are dishonest.

We have just finished a rebuild after being flooded in Cyclone Gabrielle. We feel so lucky that we were able to get THS to do our complete building job and feel we would not be in the position today if we had not used them. Brent, our project manager, was so quick to respond and worked closely with our insurance assessor. He managed all contractors so there was never a hold up and each contractor worked seamlessly with the other. The builders and painters were so professional, careful, helpful and went the extra mile. Their work was faultless. They were very respectful of our home and space and they were a pleasure to have around as they were so happy in their work. Thank you Total Home Solutions. You turned a situation that was not pleasant into a very positive experience. We would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone taking on a building job.Jill and Tony

Why is there no option to select zero stars for such pathetic service providers...??A month to schedule a visit for a site review.... After that made us wait for 7 weeks without any update on quote even when we followed up from time to time... After 7 weeks of waiting, they call n tell us that they need more 2 months to just give a quote... seriously!?! Bloody 6 months to give a quote!?!Shows sheer non professionalism... Pretty sure if they prioritize jobs depending upon the amount of money they gonna earn out of it...Change ur name from Total Home Solutions" to "Total Waste of Time"...ITS A SHAME... DO NOT ADVERTISE URSELF IF U R NOT COMPETENT..."
