Great experience. My bike had been sitting for a couple of years. Was a home for spiders only. I was about to give it away. These guys cleaned it up beautifully and now I have a new bike for the summer. Updates by text notifications. Nice price and good guys. Thank you!

I bought a Kona Shonky, 2022. and it was built terribly. My cranks keep coming loose, my cranks are squeaking. I have a lose spoke. Chain keeps making a crank noise. And just everything else squeaks. I would expect better. My chain is also really floppy and I haven’t had it for that long.

The service here is brilliant - nothing is too hard and when I got the wrong fitting, they exchanged with no hassles! 5 star service.

Brought a bike and brakes didn't work so second bike was ordered in or so they said, two rides in and brakes failed again....never again

Friendly, helpful staff, good selection. Evo Cycles were 1 of only 2 local companies that did the taller (kick) scooters for my tall 13 year old. And they were also running a long weekend special so we were super happy with our purchase. We'll be back to buy accessories at some stage. Thanks, Evo!!

Have bought several bikes & pre-sales support is good, depending on who you get, however post-sales & service has been abysmal. Walked in with my daughter’s bike and they mentioned they were too busy to book it in (which is completely fair). They booked me in 2 weeks out, but I then spent an additional 4-5 weeks trying to get it booked in as they lost my booking in their system.I called multiple times and nobody picked up the office or service phone number or returned my voicemail. They finally acknowledged they missed the service schedule/appointment when I did reach somebody (and after they had somebody else called me back) but no offer to make it right or to fit me in and was told it was over 2+ weeks at the earliest before they could get me an appointment after a fair bit of him waffling on the phone with excuses and no outcome.Took the business to another bike shop, was scheduled in within a couple of days - no fuss, no dramas. Won’t be coming back again…

Great service needed some rear pads for my sons bike Ben took the wheel off to make sure he had the right pads as we did not know the age of the bike cleaned up front pads and installed the rear pads really went above and beyond , he over heard us talking about drink holder issues for my other sons bike and mentioned they had a holder that would work so we bought it, friendly knowledgeable and super helpful highly recommend

Excellent knowledge and experienced staff offering great advise and service. Their bike mechanics are very good and trustworthy. This is a shop I can trust with my bike servicing.
