I work here and I personally think we all do a great job I enjoy working here and love our residents

My Dad is 94. I go in 3 days a week. His face is always covered in food. His clothes are coved in food. No shave.I offen wonder if he is helped into pjs at night. They put shoes on him with no socks that is uncomfortable. We as a family have brought clothes named them they never come back.He complains alot of being hungry.They push them all into a room upstairs and leave them their.So unhappy.They lie about him walking. We have seen him take 4 steps no more. Apparently he walked all the way room his room down the stairs and fell over hurt his head I went straight in.Now they want to use constraint to keep him in the chair. Seriously......The morning tea trolley came around. They never even came and asked my dad if he wanted a cuppa. Apparently that was late . Morning tea at 2 pm. A staff member told me directly.I know they are short staffed. But to throw them in one room to sit and look at each other disgusting. Do they get taken outside or get taken down for the entertainment.... never seen it. And I'm their alot.He was moved from Avonlife. Since then down hill fast. We had 14 days to move him from their. Really concerned. My Dad deserves a good life as it comes to the end.I've had to ask for help so many times because I don't want to hurt him. It's unsafe. The floors are disgusting food everywhere.So dirty.On saying this I have found one staff member that really cares. Just one.I don't know what to do.

Disgusted in the way my mother is treated not washing her not giving her the right meds no routine as arrived at 12 she still in her pjs stuff is rude
