Best movers we've ever used!!! Phil at Ecoshifter was excellent at communicating - especially through COVID-19 alert level changes, meaning we had to postpone our first move date due to the August 2021 level 4 lockdown. He kept in touch and rescheduled as soon as we knew when we'd be legally allowed to move again under level restrictions. He was reassuring and kind during a stressful time. On the day, Phil's team turned up early and were really attentive and professional. They worked their butts off and took great care with our belongings. They carefully put furniture in the rooms where they were going to go, rather than simply dumping them in the house. They wore masks and adhered to level 3 restrictions. Highly recommended their services and would definitely use their services again. Thanks guys!

I have used this service twice now.The reason I phoned Phil the second time was because of the excellent service I received Phil communicated with me when the supplier of my goods faulted. He promptly changed the arrangements to suit the circumstances. He is a polite, helpful,reliable and curtious person. I would always recommend this service.

Phil and Caleb were incredible! Phil is a quick communicator and you can tell that he is very friendly through our message exchange. Despite a bit of hiccup on the actual day (my estimate on boxes were way off!) the team managed to pull it through with smile and professionalism. Not to mention that the truck is hybrid - good for the environment also! The best shifter ever and I will definitely ask Phil and his team again. AA++++++ from me, thanks team!
