New Zealand Couriers

I just caught the courier stealing my package this afternoon. I was outside cleaning my car when I received an e-mail saying my package was delivered. I was surprised since I was outside the whole time and he would've easily seen me by my car (and the mailbox beside it).I called customer service to report that I received an e-mail saying that my package was delivered but the item isn't in sight. They called the courier and the courier said he left it beside the garden hose, to which I said there was no garden hose outside.The CS rep then told me to go back outside and check then lo and behold the courier is outside just about to drop off my package and was scanning. When he saw me approaching the door he hurriedly left without saying anything.I attached a photo of my tracking history:13:52 (He allegedly delivered the package, I was outside the whole time.)14:32 (When I actually caught him leaving the package went he went back and I was on the phone with customer service reporting the whole thing.)NZPost I know you know who the driver was because you contacted him for me. I hope doesn't deliver packages again, stealing people's hard earned money and packages.

Paid for fast post. Package doesn't turn up after 5days . Turns out they sent it back to depo and it is then lost. They cannot find it , was not scanned at all except on pickup .Was only given this info when I called looking. Told I will hear back from them and still nothing.Will never use them aqain !!!!

Manukau branch today was efficient and helpful in my postal item to be received. They picked up my call right away and called me back prompt once it was ready to pickup I did not mind picking up since it was near but the only thing concerning was issue delivering to po boxes?

Terrible service. Raise a query and then the investigator will provide you details of the delay.... really! Ridiculous

Called to book a time and temperature sensitive package collection and was told the courier would arrive between 7-11am. They never showed up. Called again and told there's no guarantee when they'll arrive or deliver so now I'm having to drive a 3-hr round trip myself so the test samples aren't ruined.Will not use NZ Couriers again.

Very helpful, had to call in here to pick up a parcel which couldn't be delivered as I wasn't home. Staff on the phone and at the centre were polite, professional and very helpful. Great to see customer service is still a priority even in this fast paced industry

Had my parcel lost in between shipping. Some of the customer service staff are great. Some don't have a clue even though you have already explained what needs to be done. At the end of the day I have to say I am frustrated of their courier service. If you can avoid this company, please do.
