JAE Carpet Cleaning Coromandel

JAE saved my sanity. After having just moved back to New Zealand from Canada late in my third trimester of pregnancy the fully furnished house we rented was extremely filthy....the rugs and upholstery thick with body odour, unpleasant house odours and discoloured from years of use and clearly had never been cleaned. They came out to the house soon after contact which was right before Christmas. No more odours and colours are renewed. Thank you, JAE! XO

Thanks Dale for your very professional service drying out our Bach after burst pipe emptied out our 5000 gal water tank through our Bach. 1 week later we are back in for the Easter break. Awesome, can't thank you enough.

We had our hot water cylinder leak/burst on a Friday night, only to discover this at 7am Saturday morning when I went downstairs to get our Herald. Our bedroom and living area are upstairs. Downstairs are two bedrooms, laundry, bathroom, toilet, under stairs storage and entryway from front door. I stepped off the bottom step to discover the carpet was awash!! Rang Jae at 8am, after talking to Insurance, and Dale arrived very soon after. He went straight to work extracting water and setting up for drying out the carpet. This took our stress away immediately and we concentrated on emptying everything into our garage. Lots of waterlogged possessions. We would recommend Dale and staff, they were prompt, reliable, and kept us informed every step of the job. They set our minds at ease with their professionalism. Thank you Jae. Best carpet cleaners with whom I've ever dealt - they did a super job, were careful and respectful of our furniture, etc and our carpets look brand new. We will absolutely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Professional, friendly and great to work with! We used the team to carry out a general carpet clean in a three bedroom home. They were efficient and affordable and provided photos and a brief report upon completion. We look forward to using their services on a regular basis.

Excellent Service. We had a burst pipe and the response has been great. Jae have made sure to get things happening quickly and have really simplified dealing with the insurance company. There after event service has been great with multiple visits and monitoring of the drying process with as least disruption as possible. Very impressed.
