Faultless customer service. I used Uniway as part of an insurance claim and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The team were responsive, friendly and understood the stressful nature of the situation - doing all they could to expedite a process that had been considerably delayed (by the insurer) up to the point where Uniway took over. Thoroughly satisified!

100% happy with the service I received. Within minutes of making my claim, Lynlee from Uniway contacted us to organise for our broken laptop to be taken in for repair. We were kept up to date with the process and had our laptop fixed and back within a week.Thanks for the quick fix and great customer service.

i brought my MSi gaming laptop to UniWay for repair on the 15th of April as part of an insurance claim. i was told may the 4th the laptop repair would be done by the in 5-10 days, i contacted uniway asking about the status of the repair and did not receive a reply until the 20th, i was then told they were waiting for the part to come and the laptop should be repaired by next week. i was then told on the 2nd of June that the laptop would not be ready until another week. i followed this up on 8th of June and the tech said that didn't know when it would be ready to pick up. The laptop was then ready on the 11th to be picked up. This is almost 2 months, i was very disappointed in the service at uniway. Abhay who is a senior claims manger at uniway told me different stories over the phone, it went from we are replacing the motherboard" to "our tech is trying to fix some pins" then to a part is coming from oversees". After getting the laptop back i noticed there was a repair sticker on the back

Was fast and efficient with claim. When replacement products arrived they were not what we discussed. I was left with them and told to sort it out myself with third party who demanded more money because Uniway had opened the box.Uniway have since sorted this out for me and am happy with the result.

I've read previous reviews and was in doubt, should I give them my phone to fix it or not. But I decided to did it and I have no regrets.Perfect communication!Tried to call me, then left me a Voice Mail message and then Email me.Repaired the screen of my iPhone for 4 working days.Got my phone back on next day after repairing.In my conclusion, fully recommend them!

Had a fantastic experience, service was super fast and the communication was awesome. They could not fix my water damaged laptop, however a new one was sent in a matter of days and all of my university work was able to be transferred over. Very happy and highly recommend!

Fantastic and speedy service. Went on Wednesday morning so they could assess my Laptop (made a claim with AMI for a total loss), they arranged a replacement for me and it arrived within a few hours the very same day! Super impressed. Thank you very much!
