Tara, Natalie, and Holly they are my super stars! :) I was about to give up on finding a job back then, when Tara contacted me. I have had faith in myself that I am capable of working hard and well but looked like there was no chance left to me. Luckily I submitted my CV through Salt and Salt became a great bridge between their clients and me so that I could find the best and most suitable place to work with based on my CV. It is embarrassing to say but I got no offer or reponse from any other agencies before Salt. The way the Salt treated me spontaneously gave me the strong motivation to work harder not to disappoint them for connecting me to those jobs. Brilliant experience with the team here, especially Rochelle and Clare. I had tried a few other agencies, but this is the first one I felt like they were on my side and understood what I was looking for. Really warm and personal staff. They found me a wonderful job that was a great fit for me and the employer and checked in on me every month after! 10/10 would recommend.
