After finally getting someone to answer the after hours phone as I was checking in after 5.30.. I was disappointed as I just had an extremely long day and had to hang around outside for longer until I could get key !Came back to the room today and my cutlery has disappeared. Pleased to say my cutlery was put in a top drawer which I have to say is quite well concealed I discovered today. The manager was kind enough to call me and explain so pleased with the response.

I already book, but hotel ask cancel because they can not deliver what they sell. They sell 6 peoples but actually just 5 peoples. It is wasting time of you book this hotel. They not professional.....

My time here was so effortless and easy going, I could come and go as I please with everything in close proximity. The staff are so helpful here and were always making sure we had everything we needed. Honestly the best hotel I have stayed at. Me and my 3 children were here and felt totally safe. The guests are polite and don't really bother you. There's no loud parties or anything here so if your looking for a place to stay I would suggest here 100%. I will definitely go back in the future. Thank you for having us and a bigger thank you to Rocio she made the stay so much better you guys are awesome keep up the great work

My initial night’s experience was not good. Couldn’t get the stove top working. Some remote answering service didn’t consider options like informing the on-site duty manager.When he learned of this the following day, he went to some lengths to resolve my concern.Hopefully this manager gets the support he needs in future from the support centre. His response was so effective and heartfelt, I have revised my ratings and reviews

Pro: Nice big clean room with new furniture and appliances. Friendly reception and room service. Great city view. Close proximity to the city.Con: No ♿ access. On top of the hill so walking up the hill can be challenging. Limited grocery store and food selection nearby.

It would have been a five star review except that we had to check-in after hours and the system failed meaning we were stuck outside for what seemed like ages trying to get our keys after a very long flight. Eventually, the manager did arrive and from that point on everything was pretty much perfect.Nice apartment with all the mod cons, great views and excellent location. We'd stay here again as long as we could arrive while their front desk was open.
