Worst Dr.s visit ever. Rudest wouldn't let me get a word in. Wouldn't even listen to my concerns,

Very rude don’t recommend him doesn’t even know what’s going on inside my knee was very rude to me & my parents. Worst doctor ever should get his medical license removed

Mr Brownlee was very caring. He explained proceedures and options well. His PA Rachael, at Remuera and the nurse at Three Kings Rooms were also very capable, efficient and caring. I would highly recommend Joseph Brownlee and his team. One operation carried out to remove metal wear in my ankle in preparation for possible ankle fusion in 2021. Appointment for follow up made. I had to cancel at short notice due to illness. Very understanding and another appointment made without problem.

Mr Joe Brownlee has attended to me, a member of my family and a couple of friends. I can unequivocally recommend Mr Brownlee for his skill as an orthopedic surgeon and his advise on how to achieve a quick recovery.

I highly recommend Joe Brownlee. Everything from my first visit to my final check up was excellent. Joe was empathetic and action-focused to ensure I could get my surgery done as soon as possible. He was kind and offered practical advice. I'm so pleased I had my knee surgery with Joe Brownlee. The surgery was successful and the follow up care was much appreciated too.

First appointment lasted about 3 minutes, for knee injury, (after a month of it not healing). Joe was not interested in anything that I had to say, Rude and abrupt. Was advised to wait another 2 to three weeks longer to see if anything improved and shown the door out. Rang back a month later, Receptionist organized a MRI scan. Rang three weeks later about scan results and why they had not contacted me, Was told that it was my job to follow up on the scan results, (Even though the scan results went to them 2 days after the scan) Called another specialist and changed knee specialist. I don't understand how a medical professional can behave like this.

I have been a patient of Joe’s for almost thirty years. He has seen me through the worst of times. He is deeply committed to his patients and explains everything in detail. I have recommended him to others and they have also been very satisfied. I have the utmost respect for Joe . I will also add he will always be the first person I go to for guidance given I have had to have 5 different operations and he has been my surgeon on every occasion.

Mr Brownlee is very professional, and you are in a safe pair of hands, my surgery was a breeze so pleased as I was a little nervous! Highly recommend.

I can't give Joe enough praise for his professionalism and kind manner. Joe went out of his way to treat my sons knee and organized this in a very timely manner. I attended all of the appointments with my son and Joe was very down to earth and explained everything to us so we could understand exactly what was happening. Since my sons operation, he has had no further issues with his knee. Thank you Joe and Rachel for all of your help.
