We have had a great experience with Comprende as our Landlords, us being the tenants. We dealt with Sapphire and were always attended to promptly, politely and with care. They were really on the ball even when Sapphire was not available. We would recommend them to other potential renters and based on our experience would also recommend them to property owners as well.

We engaged Comprendé to start looking after our apartment as we live overseas. From the first call through to letting the apartment the communication and service was excellent. They managed all the small details, engaged with the BC and the transition from prior management. Any issues communicated and dealt with quickly. Most importantly, after a week of managing the property they had the place leased to vetted tenants! Highly professional service from people who really care.

We rented an apartment via Comprendé for over 2 years and the experience was wonderful. They were helpful every step of the way and maintained great communication. The few maintenance issues we had were dealt with quickly. Would definitely rent with them again!

Comprende has a great caring team here in Wellington! They are always quick to respond to my messages, action things quickly and are compassionate, understanding people.
