Mercedes Benz has outstanding after sales service. The people are informative and friendly. After any service the car is always sparkling clean. Andrew Timpany is always happy to help and answer any of my queries no matter how trivial.

Disappointed that Mercedes did not do the work put in for service, which requested that the Boot mechanism needs to be checked as the boot closes by itself on my head, and sometimes will close probably to 80% and stay part open.When the Invoice with no charge came back, there was no mention on it that any investigation or work was done on it.It appears the mechanics did not do any work.This is the 3rd time it has been put into service to rectify.Also, a 3rd request was put down in the work request sheet to stop the wiper blade which made a click clack" noise where the blades had been replaced earlier.Received back car last week

Horrible AND rude customer service from the service advisors.Wasn't greeted with a positive attitude and the advisors weren't very patient, changing to an aggressive/impatient tone when being asked to explain the problem again. The servicing process weren't efficient either, being called up many times asking to authorize what to or not to fix. Worse of all didn't even bother washing the car for the hefty price!We left feeling unsatisfied and as if we were either being judged for our ethnicity or the fact that we have an older model Mercedes. I've dealt with BMW before and in comparison 10x better experience and most importantly, they know how to treat their customers with respect. Don't want to hear excuses, Do better

I'm very happy with how my service booking was performed. I especially liked how the staff were happy to take my car early, which suited me better, and that they spotted a safety issue and proactively addressed it by very speedily ordering and fitting new tyres (saving me hassle too) and yet still gave the car back to me on time. Alas they couldn't reproduce a minor noise but maybe next time. Big thumbs up overall.

Well mannered company to work with,had miscommunications with insurance but jayden was soo helpful making sure things go smooth with getting our car fixed. Happy with the service that was provided.

I really appreciate and special thanks to “ “MR. Jayden Graham“ from service advisor team at new market branch. I had a couple of interaction and I was more comfortable to explain my concerns and expectation of the vehicle. He is so polite and take a note of all of the conversation, and performed the assessment of my “S500” with a high standard. He has a good listener and attention to details, so he do not miss any of the tasks.Whenever I want to book a service and repair, I always look for him. Thanks once again to him, and looking forward to working with him again.
