The lady on Sunday morning is so annoying. She dnt know how to do customer service . It’s been three weeks she is treating us very badly . Ll not go there again . They need to change her .

Not that busy for a normal Sunday.Maybe due to the cyclone brewing up in nz.Friendly service from all staff.Cost is cheaper than anywhere.

poor service i went there around 6 and the guy denied me to put clothes in dryer because they are closing around 6:30 i request him but he said i need to clean i cant do it whenever i come there the lady is very good she is very kind but this guy……. They close their service around 7pm but my clothes take 27 mins for washing i just request him to put in dryer and i will take it later by my self ……. sorry to put review but he was so rude thats why i cant control…

Awesome place. They give you a member card that you'll get a free Wash after a few of washes. Free Wifi while you wait. You have some snacks if feel hungry or just paid $2 extra for the service. But it depends, if they are busy it will cost you nothing. Sometimes you have to wait for a machine, and can be heaps of people in the place at Sundays. But still inexpensive. EDIT: They're super clean both with the place and the machines ✌️

Only went once to do some laundry and found super clean, tidy, inviting and an easy system. Despite some of the reviews of the lady at reception (didn’t get her name) being “rude”, I found her very helpful and kind. I had left for a bit as my clothes washed and when I came back she was putting my clothes in the dryer. Definitely would recommend coming here if you’re ever in Papatoetoe!

During day hours 7am to 7pm most of the time on a weekend they are hella busy. If ur not staying with ur washing they will ask for your mobile to ring u about ur laundry. The place is always clean but always busy. Good prices for washing and drying and alot of parking if people parks properly.

Been going to this laundromat for over a year now since our local one closed down & we have never had a problem here. Good service from the the staff, very helpful as well bc if you can’t make it in back time they will pack it themselves and put it aside for you. Also one of the best thing about this place is that it’s very clean as you can’t find a place like this these days a 24/7 self service. During the day they’re always cleaning and wiping each machine & tables after every use and smells so good. Big car park spaces and great location, definitely recommend this laundo!! 10/10

This has to be the best laundromat in Auckland!Full service between 7am and 7pm and great value with modern well kept and clean machine'sWe have been cleaning our ski hire for over 30 years at many different laundromats but none of then have come close to the value and service we now get here!!Thank you

My family and I just went through Auckland and had a big load of washing to do. When I got there a lovely lady who called herself Mumma helped me a lot and she was extremely friendly. Prices are very affordable and the place is super clean and honest. I hope this is the right place where I did my washing because Mumma was awesome! Thank you very much
