Generous Value, Clean, Organised, Good Chemicals.(Hugo's CarWash Napier")$1 for 1m5s is a great value and gives you 5 seconds of purging time leaving you with a full minute left for their fantastic quality chemicals. Very generous amounts of soaps and waxes that aren't watered down and have good strength.$1 for a generous 3mins for super vacuum or 1m30s for turbo vacuum with great suction.High power pressure options are strong but not too powerful for us older folk.Self-service bays have clear and easy to understand instructions with intuitive control panels and are not cluttered with unnecessary/irrelevant signage.They also have a larger bay with a raised catwalk dedicated for cleaning larger/taller vehicles like big SUVs

Really brilliant. Very clean. The friendly, smart assistant approached me to check if I knew what to do. He explained everythinf to me withou patronising me, got the change for me, and cast an eye over knce or twice to see I was alright. My van looks heaps better now!

Self wash does the job. Don't use the auto wash just wets the car, doesn't clean it

Apart from long lines at the weekends, it is a nice place to wash your car.

Good car wash in general, convenient etc but they need someone to wash out bays between customers as mud builds up on the ground for the next customer to park and walk on. The was brush was dirty and will scratch your paint so I choose to just rinse and leave.

If you don't mind getting into and taking care of your vehicle. Self serving is great. Choose what you want and how long to spend on each thing. Freedom to get into those horrible areas and give it a good clean. Sometimes those machine car washes miss those delicate areas that only a self serve can do

Confession - i tell everyone I go to Hugo's Self Wash CarWash and I am sure they see me with hoses and watersprays and its true I do go the the self serve Carwash BUT I use the drive through automatic car wash with paywave and for a general wash and polish that works just fine!!! They do have the units there to vacuum the inside of the car and add a nice" fragrance and maybe one day I will do that but for now I am happy with the auto carwash keeping my car looking respectable."
