MiGym is a great gym, with lots of live and virtual classes to chose from and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived! I have also had deep tissue massages with Isabelle a number of times and she is amazing!

Nice place to do exercise, small, compact, clean and friendly staff, really helpful. And the sauna is the big bonus, traditional one not infra red. Wish they have two saunas, a bit difficult to get the time I want.

If you’re looking for a judgement free, family feel environment, look no further because Migym has created just that. The staff are knowledgeable and supportive and the facilities are superb, from the sauna and the bathrooms to the equipment and the setup. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get fitter and healthier while feeling respected and valued.
