Service was goodHowever I wouldn’t recommend it for someone with a mobility aid as the footpath is quite slim and the doors are quite heavy to get a wheelchair through also the seating is on different levels and not accessible everywhere to a wheelchair I have also gone there three times in the last month and the ice cream machine has not been functioning and has not been able to serve ice cream’s however the staff were doing their best under the circumstancesA good place for children to come and play on the playground in all weather

Worst Mecca I ever been!!Staffs are friendly but not trained.Burger not up to standard.Chips so soft.L&P tasting like sparking water.Ice-cream so icy.

Went in at lunch time, only order at counters, but still took over 6-8 minutes to get. Chips were not fresh - like warm, and the BBQ Bandit was the worst of them I have had to date - the meat was not cooked enough, the assembly of the burger was poor, with sauce only in 1 spot, the 2 onion rings on top of each other on one side of the burger as well, and the piece of bacon was not cooked fully either, and was smaller than normal, so over all not as good as I have had at other stores.

Just read most of the other reviews they are spot on. Fish burger, cold, dry, half a piece of cheese. Cheeseburger combo for $9 was a squashed cheeseburger, cold unsalted fries, and like most of the other reviews, drink was fizzy water. And at the collection window, order was just dumped and the person walked off, no hello goodbye or thank you. Overall an experience worthy of 1/2 star.

This meal was awful. The big mac was so salty it was practically inedible, the quarter pounder was so dry it must have been sitting under the warmer for hours, and the fries were cold. I went at 6pm on a Thursday, so it's not like the food shouldn't be fresh (not really an excuse anyway). My son got a chicken nugget happy meal and threw up overnight as well. He's fine now, so he doesn't have a tummy bug. It's not like I can guarantee it was the food from mcdonalds, but given how awful mine was I would not be surprised. I've also complained about food from this branch before and never heard anything back - feels like whoever owns this franchise literally doesn't care at all about the food.

ordered food over selfservice, was told tea has sold out, so changed to Fanta no ice, later found out to be tasteless like soda only. Apparently syrup had ran out. 7 items ordered, fries was not in the bag, lyckily I checked, the front girl with glasses chucked the fries in my bag, and walked away without any emotions or words. Not even an Apology. Ordered a fillet fish without tartare source as my son is allergic to it. The burger came with a bit source on it. It was apparently someone scraped the source off. Total experience was so aweful. The management needs some serious work. we will never return as other restaurants around Glenfield are much better.

Photos do not show it clearly… but I think this is truly the last time I eat at Macca’s…first had an issue Greenlane was then at Grey Lynn now Glenfield branch, is this a NZ issue or what?1-the sign boarders were out so you couldn’t even see what you ordered or want to order 2-they get the order wrong lucky I check my orders at Mc Donald’s now after my experiences.3- the lady doesn’t get what I want when asking for a receipt as I am sure I ordered something else and had to call a supervisor to assist who has an issue with getting the receipt, waiting for the receipt while we noticed no serviettes were inside and the boxes were full of oil and grease on the outside, the supervisor then came back with about 1/4 of a box of serviettes and asks me “are you alright “ kind of in the “ you all good mate” kind of tone (negative implication) attitude and bad service. So we decided to head off.4-Got to a park to eat and the burgers were AAA+ (sarcasm) the meat was nearly burnt on the outside photos do not show it clearly and raw on the inside how they got that right I don’t know.Looks like two fingers had been dug into our burger as well when we opened it.Would give zero stars only it is not possible, think must be hiring the wrong staff.So long and good riddens, ain’t going anywhere near Mc Donald’s again rather go to KFC or Wendy’s

Worst McDonald's ever. When I went home and opened it, the fish burger was definitely not fresh, and the fish was hard, as if it had been heated in a microwave. Fanta is the taste of soda water, I have never had such a Fanta" in any store in any country. If you don't want to serve

This has to be the worst McDonalds in Auckland. Always getting the order wrong. They can’t even get it right when you go back. Have had burgers with only half the bun. Always missing out items that have been paid for or just giving the wrong order. I mean I know it is cheap food but they clearly adhere to no standards.
