Coal Creek Falls
An incredibly pleasant and easy walk along a well established path through interesting native bush before the trees open up to a beautiful waterfall. A couple of benches are well placed to just take in the falls, or climb down the steps to a rocky river that provides lots of rock finding opportunities for the kids.Note that everything about this walk says it's one hour return except for the sign at the entrance that says two hours. It's an easy one hour return with kids. Also note that Google Maps may send you down the wrong road on the approach. The carpark is on Ballance Street (just follow the yellow signs when you're off the main road).

Coal Creek Falls
Great track. Love the Bush and hearing the creek. Falls were as beautiful as ever. Some work has been done on the track. A good walk with friends. We all enjoyed it.

Wow. Just wow.The track down to the falls is expected to take an hour, but with moderate fitness this is more like 30mins. Absolutely mindblowing waterfalls, 100% worth the effort to view.Track is pretty well maintained, with no overly challenging bits.

Nice walk down to a beautiful waterfall! We managed to find some blue mushrooms! I think they are seasonal, we found them in April. The sign says 2 hours return, it seems way faster than that, more like 1 hour 20 mins return

Really cute walk to the waterfalls, only 1h return or less. The falls look really nice (especially on long-exposure pictures). Small carpark at the trailhead, no toilets.

Coal Creek Falls
Great short walk to the waterfall. The sign says 2 hours return, but it took us closer to 1 hour return. It involves a bit of small inclines and declines, but is an easy walk. Can be a bit muddy after a rain, though in general the path is well maintained.

A nice walk through the bush with the usual up and down terrain. A few steps down to the falls but there is an awesome view from the top if you don't care for steps. Enjoyed this walk and would recommend it.
