I wish I could give this company a 0 star rating. They treat tenants horribly, and if you are a landlord you should not be okay with that. I have had a leg injury, therefore I can't do household work since I am in a moon boot and have crutches; yet, they have sent me a 2 page list of things I have to do in the house. They said the cleaning wasn't good enough but this was cleaning done by cleaners from ACC and I can't do any cleaning in the first place!!

Horrible horrible!!! Extremely disrespectful people with no care for other people's privacy. When they came for an inspection, they looked through my cupboards and my draws, who does that? When I was with a private landlord he never invaded my privacy like this. At times, draws and cupboards are bound to be messy, why would you need to inspect that, that doesn't even have anything to do with the house!!
