Very friendly accommodating staff

Had a free battery test.Oh but needed to disconect battery so gave me a cresent said we dont do service but did end up taking a nut off.Wth. A scan said battery dead needed replacing so bought another. Unfortunately when tried to start the old battery it did not start well didnt need to scan for that.Ask for a Spanmer they gave but nobody interested in help as couldnt undo the old batterySo asked for Jump Starter leads no they didnt have any.Had the impression of not being interseted didnt want to help as wasnt part of the business after buying a battery from them.Thankfuly a good samaritan from public had jumper leads to start it and member of public also tried to help.This wasnt a service i was asking for, I needed help.Not a place will go back to.
