Started off well with quick delivery. All went down hill from there. Had serious problems with the assembly( z axis and chasis misaligned) and could not get level. Never even used it to print anything. Had a massive battle to get it returned at their cost, which they didn't end up doing anyway. They kept on using the CGA as their protection? Saying that it gave them the right to choose what happens?Got a refund after a battle.Would not recommend unless I hated you.

Ordered a bundle of filament, company sent the wrong thing. Contacted them via live chat to get replacement sorted and they admitted the warehouse made a mistake" (no apology) and asked me to email details. Was then ignored for 4 days. Chased them up when I hadn't heard back from them and was told a replacement would be sent but only after I returned the wrong filament. After much backwards and forwards we finally agreed their courier would collect it from an agreed place (I live rurally where his courier wouldn't pick up from). Told them it would take me a day to get it to agreed place and to print the courier ticket they provided me. Courier arrived at pickup point within hours of the conversation and (of course) filament was not ready for pickup. Advised Marvle3D once it was ready so they could send their courier (21 December). At this point they sent the correct filament. The courier did not return because (I believe) Marvle3D did not contact them. On 6th January was contacted multiple times by text

Marvle3D is the premium 3D sales facility for Auckland. An easy drive from Takapuna to Albany and super easy to find. All the staff are super friendly and when I had an issue with my printer Victor was able to fix it in very short order. He was thorough and friendly and full of lots of tips and tricks. He has many levels of printer right up to pro versions. Mine is the Guider 2S which is good for all general printing. Please try them. Hopefully you won’t be disappointed. I wasn’t!

Highly recommend purchasing a 3D printer and 3D printing consumables from Marvle3D. I have purchased a CR10S Pro & Halot Sky Printer from them and will look to buy a CR10 Smart Pro when they get them in stock.
