Very slow 50% of the time ordering coffee in the weekday mornings using the bp app. Sometimes takes 2.5 times longer than the app suggests.

An accessible petrol station located in a area that is easy to get to and is advertised very clearly. The petrol station has been kept clear of rubbish and is otherwise in good standing. The store has a wide range of products including coffee. Everytime I have been here I have been happy with how everything is presented and how helpful the staff are.

Attendant refused to do hot drink as there was no one to make them. Wasn't very busy in store. No signs to say hot drinks were not available.Next day another cashier was a little rude and didn't ask if i wanted marshmallows in hot chocolate. Barrista started making and i mentioned to her if she could add them and she flung some equipment annoyed.No one else in store. Wasn't exactly busy.

Slowest coffee barista everBPME app said it would be ready at 0706 arrived at0721 still wasn't ready.I know its a minor thing but I don't have time to wait around when I'm on my way to a callout hence using the app

Staff are friendly and helpful and the food is as fresh as to be expected for a service station. Would of given more stars but they didn't have any vanilla frappe and for what ever reason they don't put cream on there iced chocolates...

Continual poor service. Long waits and lines because they only have one employee on a register and one making coffee. Absolute mess on weekends and during busy periods. I’d recommend going a little further up the road to Z.

I stop in at this BP often whenever traveling to WellingtonGreat and convenient location with a clean looking forecourt and storefrontCoffee has been good in the past also
