Shocking service. I walked in while 3 teenagers stood around talking instead of serving. Only to be greeted with what can i get you" no smiles or Hello. The workers looked miserable and management need to work on teaching their staff what good customer service looks like. He also tried to put 3 pieces of tomato in my sandwich that had the sepal still on them. Not sure why they weren't removed first because no one wants to eat these. I was about to walk out by the time I got to the end of my order but I chose not too. Absolutely disgusted at the service."

The customer service was worst it seems they are rasist. Bad service and they didn’t tell me before that they don’t have beat roots in a stock . And there was no greeting.

The two girls who worked the front counter at about 8:55pm on Monday 3rd October were awesome. I felt so bad for them that there were quite a few others who came in and it would have been past their 9pm closing time, but they didnt turn anyone away and kept working with smiles on their faces and their service was awesome. Kudos to them!

Went in for a salad. Said what I wanted then just put the meat on to heat and out cheese in the bowl then walked off not to be seen again. Other staff seemed ro wonder what was going on and then adult about 5 mins served. Don’t like the fact the salad is cut straight on the chopping boards and. It pre wiped. In Tauranga they put the salad to cut on Paper to cut then throw the paper away. More hygienic. Also Tauranga mix the salad and dressing up here it’s not.Pretty average and disappointing service.

I very very rarely write reviews because we are all human and first hand experience reminds me that customer service is not always easy. However when I went in to get late lunch this afternoon, there was a very shy teen who was paying for his order with a Prezzy Card. The older lady behind the counter was so rude to this poor boy, the way she demanded he sign the receipt, followed by her lecture about not signing his Prezzy Card, going on to ask where did you get that prezzy card??" as if he wasn't gifted it at Christmas along with the rest of us who also received them and forgot to sign them before purchasing anything. Because I know I'm guilty of that too. Now I know it's legality to sign them

Always have really good customer service whenever I come in. I work at mitre 10, so come here for lunch often. Today was no exception was served by this really nice girl, didn’t get her name but she had what looked to be the cancer ribbons tattooed on her arm. Very friendly and nice. And as always the subway tasted great
