Cute cafe and ambience, but I’d have to agree that the coffee tastes burnt. The bagel was good though.

Bit of a captive audience here at the Airport, but this is still hands down the worst flat white I’ve ever had. Milk unfrothed, and coffee tastes burnt. The stodgy cheese scone was only very marginally better. For these prices I should have just walked to the other end of the terminal to get Macca’s

Ordered coffee cake and it was REALLY hard :( to the point where the butter cream and cake just fell apart every time you stick your fork into it. You can just tell it’s very old, which means they continue to sell off/bad food…

Don't give these people your money. Despite their being tonnes of room to sit on a pretty quiet day at the airport, the manager resused to let me sit for five minutes to eat my sandwich from another restaurant. I was going to buy a muffin to go but after being treated like a second-class citizen, I'd never spend a dime at this dump. It takes a special kind of horrible to turn tired travelers away. Makes Dunkin Donuts look like a great alternative. Avoid.

The coffee is absolutely disgusting. The coffee is so bitter with no pleasant aroma and the milk tastes burnt. The only thing that is good about this cafe is the customer service from the waitresses. For goodness sake, this cafe needs to make better coffee.

Went for a wine b4 my flight as early & airport very quiet so thought I would patronise. However, soon regretted whenI was greated by staff member with *what are you after*! Staggeriing customer service dialogue.....went outside with my wine to find broken bench seats then staff startedputting up chairs around me even tho 1.5 hrs till xlose! Covid continues to highlight the shoddy standards we have in NZ!

Only reason to eat here is if you're desperate. We ordered a frittata. They forgot about it and when we reminded them, they couldn't have been less interested. It took absolutely ages and they weren't very busy. I could've made a frittata in that time. Horrible, sulky staff member, slammed down the food. A smile would've cracked her face. Once we finally got the food, it was virtually inedible. So salty - and I love salt. My partner even left some and he was ravenous. These kind of places do NZ tourism no favours.
