Our Marae has an account here and they have excellent service.First time being served by someone who is deaf in retail and it was a AWESOME experience. The lady was lovely and even though she couldn't speak and I don't know sign language we we're able to communicate easily that I had washing from my marae that has a account with them and we had tablecloths we would like ironed also.5 ⭐ rating on being a awesome business that hired this lady5 ⭐ for your awesome service

Never had concerns with the companies quality of embroidery, but a bit of a delay with the last order. Maybe a short phone call to say items aren't ready to be collected as planned would be appreciated.
