went there for our class end of semester lunch, wow food was worth and so delicious, what we expected is not what we get it, overwhelmed and fully satisfied, the service, food decor wow so beautiful. Kids menu was also on point and so tasty. Thanks to the management for the great hospitality.

Ordered for my granddaughter 1 big breakfast with scrambled eggs, instead got fried, runny eggs, rest of the meal was ok, she said food wasn’t as nice as previous times we’ve dined here. My son (first time here) ordered Buffalo wings that came with salad & wedges, meal was cold, too much salt on the wedges. The wings tasted like they were pre-cooked then re-heated & sauce poured over them & a few barely had any sauce, overall below average. My son said would’ve been better if we went to MacDonalds & rated this experience 2/10. Also ordered from the kids menu, pancakes, chicken nuggets & chips. Maple syrup had a green fly in it, my grandson is a big eater & didn’t finish either meal, said it tasted weird but his hot chocolate was nice. What happened did you change your chef? Very disappointing, yet trying to support a local business. Won’t be back in a hurry or at all.

Friendly staff, quick service and super delicious food. Easy comfortable atmosphere feels with a steady flow of customers coming and going. Definitely will be going back.

2 stars for the two lovely ladies that helped serve us first. The food is so average ! Grilled tomatoes no flavour for $6 each which is not good for value and tastes so bland. The scrambled eggs was not worth it at all it was rubbery. Wouldn’t have made this review if it wasn’t for the lady (Asian lady )who was being so passive aggressive when my partner asked how long the drinks would take as the food got to our table before our drinks and that came when we were almost done. The whole place was 20% occupied so not like they were busy. Really think she needs to work on her customer service skills. Will not be coming again. Such a shame because the area and venue is beautiful but the food and customer service needs some work.

Kiora Whanau,Alexander Cafe is THE BEST Cafe in AUCKLAND hands down,the vibe, the atmosphere, the pricing and the best but not last, the KAI, TU MEKE.The Chef Cat cooks the meanest KAI,The best way to start the morning, is to Come to Alexander Cafe for Breakfast....... and then LunchI lived all over the world and eaten at a lot of Cafes,BUT ALEXANDER CAFE in Otara South side is da BEST of da BEST, Mark my words whanauNga MiniBaz Tau - Otara born & bred OG.....ps.Lama give the chef Cat more putea brother she da best chef and more...........
